Provides overall leadership and direction to the club, helping members remain focused on service, fellowship, growth and the Kiwanis mission.

Supports the Secretary and contributes to the coordination and administration of club activities and projects.

KC-Lubao Gems Develops Servant Leaders
One of the proudest traditions of KC-Lubao Gems is seeing its members step beyond the club to serve Kiwanis at the division and district levels.
Our club has produced leaders who have accepted responsibilities not only for KC-Lubao Gems, but for the wider Kiwanis family.
Jesusa “Susan” Uy-Capuli
Charter President | Past Lieutenant Governor, Division 2B
Our founding president and a guiding force in the club’s early history, Susan helped establish the values of friendship, service and leadership that continue to influence KC-Lubao Gems.
She became the club’s first member to serve as Lieutenant Governor of Division 2B.

Marilen V. Ramos
Past Lieutenant Governor, Division 2B
Marilen became the second Lieutenant Governor from KC-Lubao Gems.
Her leadership demonstrated how a small club can contribute to the success of an entire division. During her term, seven of eight Division 2B clubs achieved Outstanding Club recognition.
Her journey from charter member and club officer to division leader reflects the club’s commitment to developing leaders through service.
Reynaldo “Rey” M. Bonaobra
Past Lieutenant Governor, Division 2B
Rey became the third member of KC-Lubao Gems to serve as Lieutenant Governor of Division 2B.
His leadership contributed to significant membership and organizational growth across the division. He later continued serving at the district level, including responsibilities connected with membership and growth for Administrative Year 2026–2027.
His journey illustrates an important belief of our club:
Leadership grows when service is shared.
A Legacy of Leadership
The history of KC-Lubao Gems shows that leadership does not belong to one person or one administrative year.
Over the years, members have served as presidents, secretaries, treasurers, directors, committee leaders, project coordinators and volunteers.

From Lubao to the Wider Kiwanis Family
Our members have represented KC-Lubao Gems at division, district and Asia-Pacific events.
The club’s leadership journey has taken us from local service in Pampanga to participation in the wider Kiwanis family, including regional conventions and international recognition.
In 2026, the club celebrated an especially proud milestone when its members received two Grand Winner awards in the ASPAC Stories Video Competition during the joint Kiwanis International and ASPAC Convention in Manila.
These achievements belong not to one leader, but to the collective effort of the club.

As each new administrative year begins, leadership changes hands.
The mission does not.
We continue to develop leaders who are willing to listen, collaborate, serve and inspire others.
