Guided by the principles of Kiwanis International, leadership positions are filled through election or appointment in accordance with the Kiwanis International Bylaws and club bylaws. Following his successful term as Lieutenant Governor under District Governor Felix “Jango“ Grepo, Past Lieutenant Governor Rey Bonaobra was appointed Philippine Luzon District Membership and Growth Chair for Administrative Year 2026–2027 under the leadership of District Governor Atty. Aleta Tolentino and the district’s HOPE Team.
His appointment is a source of pride for the Kiwanis Club of Lubao Gems and reflects the club’s continuing commitment to developing servant leaders who contribute not only to the club but also to the growth of Kiwanis across the Philippine Luzon District.
